A grass roots effort of concerned citizens has initiated and established locally available health services. Through these efforts a health care center has been established in our community by The Aroostook Medical Center. Our community continues to work with all health centers, the Cary Medical Center in Caribou, which is eleven miles from Limestone, the Fort Fairfield center, etc. that all our citizens have the best opportunity for proper health care. Ambulance service with fast, efficient, advanced life support personnel and community positioned first responders continue to give our citizens outstanding emergency health care support. |
