Water & Sewer District

Limestone provides an excellent array of community services to its residents. These services include an outstanding educational system, public water treatment and sewage disposal, fire and police protection, a public library, town office services, business development assistance and recreational programs and facilities.

Loring Commerce Centre

Our community continues to grow as the Loring Commerce Centre has been established on the former Loring Air Force Base. Since 1994, a Federal Defense Financial Accounting Service Center, Job Corps program for 600 students, Hardwood Floor Manufacturer, wood products manufacturing business, Sitel Call Center, nine hole golf course and the Limestone Country Club, and a Ten Pin Bowling Center has opened at the Commerce Centre. The Loring Commerce Centre continues to grow and with more perspective clients and businesses coming to the centre, Limestone will be the place to live.

Town Office

The Town Office is located on Main Street and houses the Police Department, the Parks and Recreation Department, and the Limestone Development Foundation. The facility is open weekdays providing information, to issue marriage, hunting and fishing licenses and to register motor vehicles.

Public Access TV Channel

Limestone has its own public access channel on the local Cable TV system. Channel 20 carries community information and upcoming events that are of interest to the residents of Limestone and a few surrounding towns.
